2. Do I have to download software to use iAgent?
No, iAgent is an entirely web-based software which can be accessed from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. All data is transmitted in real-time and registration includes unlimited user access.

3. Are you tied to a use agreement when you register?
No, iAgent customers use our software completely at-will. You are not tied to any agreement, and if for some reason you are not satisfied, our service is maintained by a 30-day money back guarantee. Of course you must accept our online terms and conditions in order to use the system but that's standard.


4. What level of customer support do you offer?

5. Can I upload my properties, or does my entire portfolio have to be entered manually?
Once you have registered for iAgent you will be contacted by a member of the customer support team to assist you in getting started with the software. All of your contacts and properties can be uploaded using our simple, easy to use standard file formats. Not only do we provide step by step instructions within iAgent, we will process your initial upload free of charge!

6. Can I track property expenses using iAgent?
Yes, iAgent features a complete expense management module. Any cost associated with a property work order is automatically recorded in an ongoing expense record for the property. Expenses can also be marked as due, set as paid, and reconciled with the company books.

7. Do you charge for cancelled properties?
No, any properties that are cancelled or reassigned within a 30 day period are not charged. If you have previously been billed, your money will be refunded in the form of a credit to your account. Additionally, we do not currently charge for any BPO only properties.

8. I have several agents working with me; do they each get unique logins?
Yes, there is no limit on the number of users you can register within your company. As an administrator, you can add your employees as contacts and provide them with a password for individual login. You can control what they have access to.

9. Can I manage my individual tasks for each property?
Yes, iAgent allows you to create, assign, and monitor your tasks associated with each individual property. Upon logging into iAgent, you are presented with your Dashboard which displays a priority driven task management view to allow you to manage all your tasks. If you are an administrator you can also view other team members tasks.

10. Can I manage my Vendors?
Definitely. iAgent comes with iVendor. iVendor is the vendor portal where your vendors can log in and view, accept, give a quote and complete work orders that you have assigned to them. This is all fully integrated with iAgent so as soon as a vendor completes a work order in iVendor, iAgent is immediately aware to move the property and/or the work order to the next status.

11. If I close a property, can I still view/edit the data associated with it?
Yes, even though you may have closed a property, it is never removed from the system. The data is always accessible and if necessary, you can also add information or attachments after the property has been closed.

12. Does iAgent have emailing capabilities?
Yes! Not only can you email out of iAgent as you would any other email application, but you can also email into iAgent. By simply referencing your property asset number in the subject of an email to docs@aspeniagent.com you can store any emails and attachments you receive regarding a property directly to the specific property within iAgent.

13. Is there a limit on the number of attachments I can add?
There is currently no limit on the amount of data you can add to your iAgent portfolio. All documents, photos, invoices and miscellaneous correspondence can be added using the Multiple File Upload tool.

14. Do you have a Listing service?
Yes!
iAgent also comes complete with Aspen iListing. It is a free additional service for all iAgent users which applies to all properties listed in iAgent. Users can now elect to list their properties in a publically accessible online website where buyers and buyer's agents can regsiter to submit offers.

15. Where is all my data stored and backed up?
All data, including databases and files are backed up to tape offsite in a secure vaulted location. There are multiple layers of redundancy built into the server farm. Additionally, we have a warm standby site in another location that can be operational in the event of an absolute disaster. Data is hosted in a SAS 70 facility with state of the art redundancy and a Tier 1 Global Internet Service Provider.

16. Can I get my properties to show up on a map?
Yes, iAgent has an integrated mapping feature which will allow you to view your individual properties on a map. For your convenience, we also have a Driving Directions tool which can automatically provide you with driving directions to your property from your organization headquarters.
